What services does Kheng Dental provide?
We offer a full range of dental treatments including general dentistry, orthodontics (braces, aligners), implants, veneers, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, dentures, crowns & bridges, and more.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
While we do accept walk-ins, we highly recommend making an appointment to avoid long wait times — especially for specialist or aesthetic treatments.
Is consultation free?
Yes, general consultations are complimentary at most of our branches. For some treatments, a small fee may apply, which will be deducted if you proceed with treatment.
Do you offer instalment plans?
Yes, we offer 0% instalment plans for selected treatments such as braces, clear aligners, implants, and veneers. Terms and conditions apply.
Are your dentists certified and experienced?
Absolutely. All our dentists are fully registered with the Malaysian Dental Council and trained in various specializations. We’ve been treating smiles since 2001, with over 100,000 patients served.
Do you accept insurance or panel claims?
We work with several corporate panels and are happy to assist with claim documents. Please check with your provider or contact us for more info.
Is dental treatment tax deductible in Malaysia?
Yes — most dental treatments (except cosmetic procedures like veneers/whitening) are eligible for tax relief under medical expenses.
What are your operating hours?
Most clinics are open daily, from 9am to 6pm (including weekends). Please refer to each branch page for specific timings. Clinic in malls follow malls operating hours, 10am-10pm
